An absolutely luxurious experience from start to finish at this hotel! My stay in the VIP room was nothing short of extraordinary. Upon entering, I was greeted by a stunning floral arrangement delicately placed on my bed – such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel welcomed and special. The room itself was elegant, spacious, and exquisitely appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary for relaxation. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Notably, I embarked on a two-day cruise during my visit and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could leave my luggage securely at the hotel. This convenience made my trip seamless and stress-free. Returning to retrieve my belongings was a breeze, thanks to the hotel's efficiency and attentiveness. I cannot praise this establishment enough for their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. Wonderfully clean, our room was amazing. We opted for a suite and the room was amazing, spacious and well illuminated, the bed we humongous and incredibly comfortable. It was also really quiet considering how centrally located the hotel is. As we'd selected the honeymoon suite our room was nicely decorated with petals and swan shaped towels with a complimentary bottle of Vietnamese wine included too! We had a balcony that was a little lackluster as it was devoid of furniture and a little small. However we didn't mind. The location is great for old town with bars and restaurants all within easy reach. The staff were great and we were able to leave our bags safely while we waited for our transfer in the afternoon.

The location was excellent. The neighborhood was really nice, clean, quiet, and close to everything. The room was quiet, you could not hear any street noise. The front desk had someone 24/7, they had an elevator to my room on 7th floor (standard room). This was my favorite place out of four different hotels so far this trip. I have 3 days left and went to another hotel and regretted it after first night away. I missed this place! I might abandon the other hotel and expense of it to return here for my last night in Hanoi. Plus with this location you can get a Grab taxi easily and have easy exit out of neighborhood to the airport. It’s a safe area.I highly recommend this place.

This little gem of a hotel doesn't look much from the street, but the foyer was well appointed, and the large room we booked was exactly as shown in the photos. The largest bed we have ever seen which was very comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom and whilst the hotel is situated in a busy area of Hanoi the soundproofing was excellent making it very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants, mini marts, shops and street vendors close by. Easy to walk to all the major tourist attractions in Hanoi.

There was a breakfast room on the same floor which was closed but we probably wouldn't have used anyway. Complementary tea and coffee and water was nice. Location was good, down a quieter road with a couple of coffee shops, if a little strange with a few motorbike repair workshops. But within walking distance of the main tourist and lake area.
